About Me
My name is Rachel, I am a Registered Veterinary Nurse with a lifelong passion for dogs and a deep understanding of their care, comfort, and wellbeing.
I created Hounds of Love to help couples include their beloved dogs in their wedding day without the worry or stress. From calm companionship and gentle handling to transport, care, and cuddles, I ensure every dog feels safe, relaxed, and happy throughout your celebration. With patience, professionalism, and genuine love for what I do, I’m here to give you complete peace of mind while your dog enjoys being part of your special day.
Alongside my work I love to volunteer abroad with animal charities. In 2025 I travelled to Sri Lanka to care for the street dogs with the WeCare charity, and in 2026 I will be volunteering in Grenada with the Carriacou Animal Hospital. For me volunteering is incredibly rewarding, knowing that I am helping to make a difference to animals and communities in need.

Package 1 – from £195
Perfect for dogs joining you for the ceremony and photos.
- Collection and safe transport to the venue
- Gentle walk and toilet break before the ceremony
- Getting your dog wedding-ready, including dressing in their outfit or accessories
- Chaperoning during the ceremony
- Help with posed and natural photos, working closely with your photographer
- Plenty of fuss, reassurance, water and comfort breaks
Package 2 – from £275
Ideal for dogs staying for the ceremony and celebrations. Everything in package 1, plus:
- Extended care during your reception
- Extra walks, rest time, and cuddles
- Ongoing support for photographers to capture beautiful moments
- Keeping your dog settled, happy, and relaxed throughout the day
- Safe transport home or to a chosen destination
Package 3 – from £395
For couples who want their dog there from start to finish.
- Transport to and from your venue
- Full-day chaperone service
- Morning walk and pre-wedding care
- Wedding outfit dressing and comfort checks
Ceremony, photos, reception and evening care - Regular breaks, water, feeding (if required) and rest time
- Calm supervision all day
